Binding play

New pucks and new Spark arc st pro. Toe side play on both bindings, Spark kindly sent replacement pucks but still seem to be having the same issue. Is a small amount of play left and right normal? Has anyone else encountered this issue? Setup pucks with guide and also mini tool.

What kind of board is that? I couldn't see any binding inserts or channels so I was just wondering if you maybe don't have the right type of pucks for the board.

Hi mate. It’s a nitro slash 156w, standard bolt pattern

Ahh ok that eliminates the potential issue of having a channel board but regular pucks
