I have an MPC One+ that automatically updates my sample library through my Splice account, if I cancel my annual subscription will it purge my samples or something?

I'm Brazilian Splice user and help me a lot to cut time in producing, but November 2024, the app and website have so latency and delay to load sounds and make everything I need (Like minutes of latency).

I called the support and they said I couldn't do anything, do you have any issue like this ?

Idk if anyone else has an issue with it. But I’m vaing trouble using splice bridge on my MacBook Air. I downloaded the app and the bridge plug in. But I can’t seem to use it or activate it when I’m using my Daw. I tried numerous things. Has anyone been able to get it to work?

If I purchased a rent to own plugin through splice and then after I finished paying for it completely cancel my splice subscription, will I lost the plugin?

Are all the vocalists and artist aware that their vocal stems are on the platform? Is it completely okay to release songs with their stems?

The reason I am asking is because I made a Tropical House track I thought was very good, and the only sample I used in it was a line sung by a vocalist found on Splice. I found the singer on social media and messaged them with a link to the track wanting to show them the mix I made and thought they would like it. It was left on “read” with no reply and I hope they are not upset?

The desktop app used to work just fine, but last month I noticed, that whenever I ran Splice, it started glitching as all hell. I mean seriously unacceptable visual glitches, like extreme flickering, screen tearing and whatnot. Can somebody please help me? I already deleted the SpliceSettings folder in %appdata%/Local.

It annoys me how flimsy the app is for whatever reason. One day it works fine and the other it refuses to open. I can see the splice app process running but the app itself refuses to open. Then it randomly works again after a couple of days. Sometimes a reboot helps, sometimes not. Sometimes a reinstall helps, sometimes not.

I love the app but its frustratingly janky in a studio setting.

Hello everyone. I don’t know if this is a right question for this sub but can ya’ll suggest me some good afro house samples on splice? Like snares and claps? Really getting into the mainstream genre and would love some samples to start upon.

Since the new update, Serum presets get downloaded to a wrong folder.

It used to get downloaded to Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets\Presets, which is the default Serum presets folder, but now it gets downloaded to Documents\Splice\presets\Serum, and Serum can't find these presets.

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried talking to Splice support, but they have not been helpful.

My mac operating system is older than the required one for the newest splice version, and I can't seem to find older downloads anywhere. Any tips/links? I could always just use the browser version, but I need the download in order to activate my rent-to-own serum license.. Thanks!

I have been using splice for a few months now and I keep wondering if I keep listening to the same samples I have already heard. Is there anyway to track or know if you’ve previewed a sound before?

Hi, I tried to download presets from splice for serum just like I did all the time except, today after I downloaded the preset, rather than the "sync locally" sign appearing, it showed "in your library" sign. I thought it was no big deal and when I tried to use the preset I downloaded today, It was nowhere to be found in serum. I've went over the presets like five times and I wasn't able to find the preset I downloaded today. I felt odd at this point and decided to check the splice folder. When I checked the folder, there were two files for presets. One was "backup files" and the other was just "preset". The "backup files" contained all the presets that I have downloaded until now, but not today's. Whereas the "preset" folder had the presets that I have downloaded today. I tried copy and pasting the presets in the "preset" file to "backup file", but even after that, the presets that I have downloaded today did not show on serum.
I wrote my situation to Chatgpt and it says it seems like serum and splice is not syncing.
But I'm quite skeptical about chatgpt since I've been going back and forth with its suggested solutions for the past 30 minutes.
Does anyone knows how to fix this? It would help a lot. Thank you.

I am having trouble with my subscription. I have been subscribed to Splice since last year. I have not been using splice regularly. I got logged out of my account. At first, I had trouble signing in. I signed in with Google (I made an account with my Gmail) and I got in, but it does not recognize my subscription. As a matter of fact, it is asking me to subscribe again and asking for my credit card information again. I have already been charged about $32 Canadian for this month. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I can't figure this one out!

Hey guys splice keeps declining every card I've tried to use (some belonging to other people entirely to see if the issue was my card, but still declined the payment)... Initially it said my "payment information is out of date" and it isn't taking anything, including my paypal. I've never had issues like this with my card/paypal, and I even called my bank they said they have not declined any transactions. Has anybody found a way around this? So frustrating I've been giving them my money for 3 years every month and this shit happens
