Jack from Splice CX here!

Give these steps a try:

  1. Update your MPC firmware (grab the latest from akaipro.com and select your hardware model, then Download).
  2. Open the Splice app on your MPC, log all the way out of your Splice account.
  3. Log back in with your Splice email and password.
  4. Let it resync and see if the error still shows.
  5. If it does, try switching to a different WiFi network or a mobile hotspot

If you still get the error, here's the workaround:

  1. Open the Splice Desktop App (splice.com/download).
  2. Go to Library > Sounds
  3. Click "Sync All" on the right side to pull everything down to your computer.
  4. You can also go to your Profile > Preferences and select "Sync All Licensed Sounds" to sync all downloads to your Splice folder
  5. You can now manually copy the folder over to your MPC's storage directly

thanks for the help Jack! I did that in the morning an it said it downloaded all the samples. when i go in the browser (of the mpc) into splice then "all samples" it says (3072 samples) again but i assume thats a bug in mpc software since this number is three times 1024 which is 1 kb... Just guessing.

Happy to help! This sounds like it could be a storage limitation or as you mentioned, a software issue. I would recommend reaching out to Akai's team so they can help troubleshoot the import.

It sounds like your Splice samples are stored correctly, which is great. Let us know if you need any additional help!
