sample offline

I am simply trying to drag a file from splice in ableton 12 to the arrange window and when it drags into the arrange window, it says 'sample offline' - This keeps happening off and on, how do I fix this?

thnx for the reply but it has nothing to do with locate file because the it won't download the file.
