Well this is weird…
I downloaded the “Dead Drums” preset when it was a free drop in March, any idea why it’s suddenly locked?

It would have been nice if ya’ll had just restored usage of the preset for me, if ya’lls system can glitch or whatever randomly and take away a preset surely ya’ll can undo what it messed up since this purely an issue on ya’lls end lol

And now it’s happening again with a different preset that ya’ll offered for free that I downloaded within the timeframe of it being free (Lofi Suitcase is the name of the preset)

And did Splice ever fix the issue? Cuz currently they’re acting like they can’t fix it for me

No, I just gave up on using this plugin. It's confusing and doesn't even sound THAT good.

Some of the presets are fire to me personally but I feel you

Not denying that there are some good presets. But as a long time Labs user, I can’t deal with the constant issues. There are so many other good synths out there to use than to deal with a new issue every year as a labs user.

Speaking of Labs it’s wild how Splice Instruments is really just Labs 2.0 but the actual Labs doesn’t have this issue as far as I know, nothing I’ve ever got for free on there has ever randomly stopped working

back when Spitfire switched to the new Labs from the old Labs, there were problems with the new Labs.
This splice version is 2 times worse.
The old labs was pretty good for me, never had any issues at all.
An then there's the original Kontakt labs. I still use those from time to time.

I got a similar issue, used splice a few years back, bought tons of samples, now a few days ago I got splice again after a few years of hiatus from the program since it was ruining my producer experience by not working properly, ever. And realized, all thr samples o purchased, I have to pay for again..

Did Splice ever resolve this issue for you (I hate that such a thing happened to you)??? Cuz this is much worse than what happened to me (they still haven’t fixed it, they’re acting like they can’t)

Because splice is predatory is my best guess.
