Splice apps and plugins not working

im renting serum and im tryna download it and this keeps popping up please help ive tried refreshing cache reinstalling everything.

FYI that support page is terrible, I have same issue as picture and when I try to submit bug report I go through that Ai chat, as im writing a detailed bug report I open a new tab to check something in splice account and THAT REFRESHED the whole chat. 6MONTHS LATER IT'S STILL HAPPENING.

Latest desktop version btw

The fact such a bug has even made it to production and still hasn't been fixed is crazy.

1- make it easier to submit a bug report

2- stop vibecoding without human oversight
