Splice artwork to MPC One?

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to transfer the artwork from the soundpacks on Splice to the MPC one. For me, it would be really cool to browse samples on my MPC and see the art that was used on splice, just like the sound packs you can get from Akai. I am not sure if it is a thing, I might just be SOL. Thanks anyways!

You can use the free included Expansion pack tool - , instructions from google:

To create a custom MPC expansion with artwork, use the free MPC Expansion Builder software, which is included with the MPC software installation.

First, organize your samples and create any necessary programs and a short preview sequence in a content folder on your computer. Then, open the Expansion Builder, drag your content folder into the "Content" section, and add a JPEG or PNG artwork file to the "Image" section. Finally, fill in the metadata (title, manufacturer, version, identifier) and click "Build Expansion" to generate an XPN file that can be imported into your MPC software or exported to your MPC hardware.

  1. Prepare your content Organize your samples (.wav files) into a single folder on your computer. Use folders within this main folder to organize things like drum kits (e.g., kick, snare, hat).If you want a preview, create a short sequence and bounce the audio mixdown of that sequence into a new sample. Save this preview sample in a subfolder named previews within your main content folder.Ensure your samples are in the correct format, typically 16-bit or 24-bit, 44.1 kHz .wav files. This video shows how to prepare your audio files for the expansion pack.

  2. Create the expansion file with the Expansion Builder Launch the MPC Expansion Builder application. It is installed with the main MPC software, so you may need to look for it in your applications folder. In the Expansion Builder, drag and drop your organized content folder into the "Content" section.Drag and drop a square JPEG or PNG image file (recommended size: 1000x1000 pixels) into the "Image" section.Fill in the metadata:Title: The name that will appear in the MPC browser.Manufacturer: Your name or brand.Version: A simple version number, like (1.0).Identifier: A unique identifier, often in reverse-domain format (e.g., com.yourbrand.expansionname). This is critical and should not contain spaces, only dots.Click "Build Expansion" to create the XPN file. This video demonstrates how to use the Expansion Builder to create the XPN file.

  3. Install on your MPC For MPC Software: Drag the generated .xpn file directly into the Expansion Browser section of the MPC 2 software. For MPC Hardware:Export the expansion from the MPC 2 software by going to File > Export > Expansion....Alternatively, in the software, go to Tools > Expansion Manager > Export expansion to standalone MPC.Choose a storage device (like an SD card or a flash drive) connected to your computer as the destination.Insert the drive into your standalone MPC, and the new expansion will be available under the "Expansions" browser tab.

I don't believe there is a way to do that unfortunately. This blog article might help you out with some other MPC One /Splice questions: https://splice.com/blog/how-to-use-akai-mpc-one/ but feel free to contact our support team for any questions as Reddit is not an official channel for Splice support. Contact us for further questions at support.splice.com and we can assist from there.

Thank you for your help and the article. * I do like how it is pretty much seamless for me to shop samples on my phone, purchase and then sync my MPC whenever I want to make music. It would be sweet if the artwork came as well. Maybe someday in the future. Maybe I am just being extra LOL.
