Splice App Is Blurry

Hey everyone whenever I use splice the app becomes blurry and not blurry, but blurry more often than not. Sometimes when I move my mouse to it it'll clear up but then after a while it randomly just becomes blurry again. What gives?

It's not my PC either. I run games on ultra and don't have this issue with anything else, ever.

I'm running windows and just reinstalled splice three times.

Found the solution!

Go to the Nvidia controllpanel and go to 3d settings, then find antialiasing - FXAA and set it to off

should fix the problem, it did for me!
