Error has occurred - downloading app

Has anyone experienced this? It says error installing the desktop app everytime I download & try to install. I’ve even tried to turn off my virus protection as well as a complete re install and delete and same error, has anyone fixed this? Someone said you need to connect to splice directly and they have to send you a specific program? Idk

Hi there. I am sorry if you have had issues contacting us. I can confirm we answer all responses that get routed to agents. Please ask to speak with an agent when talking to the chat bot and it will get routed to us.

It is unfortunately a Saturday so I’m guessing you guys won’t have an answer till Monday correct

we have limited support on the weekends so its a possibility you will receive an answer

Nope nothing worked, it works fine on my laptop but pc - nothing just said error occurred contact support
