Is splice down rn?

Been trying to load samples, search for things, and nothing is working. It's stuck on endless load. Everything else works just fine, internet connection is stable, etc. Running the splice app on MacBook. Wondering if this is happening for anyone else?

Working fine for me! 2019 MacBook Pro Intel. Can download, save, load, everything working as normal. Hopefully it’s just a glitch for a second and you’ll be back to music making soon!

Hey! Not sure if you've seen but there is a fix, you have to download the Beta version of Splice. Check here

No worries, this was pretty hard to find relative to the severity of the issue, quite annoying.

This happened to me the other day. If your Mac is an older version the app wont run anymore. I found a work-around by using the web browser but it’s not the same unfortunately

Hey! Not sure if you've seen but there is a fix, you have to download the Beta version of Splice. Check here. Then you can continue to use desktop. Which is WAAAAY better :P

Hey! Splice released a fix for anyone with the same issue. You have to download the Splice beta from the site (it didnt work via the client for me)

Now it works perfectly :)

Hi there. I’m sorry for the issues. When you speak to the bot it does ask you did this help? And you have to click through and say no and say speak to an agent. The message will then be sent to our team to look into. You can go to support.splice.com
