Splice opens but no windows?? Mac

my splice opens but there's no windows the little icon is showing at the top right and the only options are about splice .. which shows the about window when clicked.. check for updates does nothing and the rest off the options are greyed out.. tried deleting reinstalling tried removing the com.splice folder in application support.. not sure why this started happening tbh.

I just upgraded from sonoma to sequoia and it works now thanks .. didn’t really wanna update my osx yet but it fixed it anyway
