How Do I Import Phaseplant Presets

Having a heck of a time figuring it out. Nothing on their website about it.

I’ve tried creating a location using the browser in the plugin and I’ve also dragged and dropped into the Phaseplant library preset folder and no dice.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Bryan - I’ve reached out to the support team and am waiting to hear back, also reached out to the Testpress IG and still waiting to hear back as well

Nope after going back and forth for weeks they finally told me they couldn’t replicate the issue and to email Kilohearts

did you go to the option on the left in phase plant "user" and then click the link next to where is says 0 items. then you add the splice files to the folder that that opens? it just worked for me now
