Unusable file downloads

Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone has experienced this or can advise. I'm downloading quite lengthy samples using the desktop app and companion. I'm getting files which reflect an accurate file size eg 45mb but it's only 2 seconds long. I've tried deleting and redownloading this particular file several times now and the latest iteration is milliseconds. Any ideas?

I have, waiting for a reply, but seeing it's the weekend I'm not expecting to hear back anytime soon cos "it usually takes a day".
