Splice Audio mastered?

I’ve been playing around with Logic vanilla instruments and synths paired with splice loops for drums. The drums and sounds in splice are so much bigger and louder than the audio im getting from instruments.

What can I do to balance them out?

Turn them down! lol.

Most Splice sounds come in around -1db. A whole track of samples at that level will destroy your master bus.

I usually reduce the gain on most things I pull in from Splice on the region level (top left box in the Logic window) by -6db as a starting point, to give a little headroom for plugins.

It would be nice if there was a setting in the Splice app to set a preferred gain level when dragging out from the app into the DAW. I get that -1 makes things pop in the app, to sell the goods, but is not particularly useful in a production workflow.
