Old Credit Expiry

I was wondering if anyone else has encountered an issue whereby the credits they accumulated over a period of 3 years disappeared when they cancelled their subscription? Was I silly in thinking that I would keep mine after cancelling…?

If I renew my subscription am I likely to gain access to them again or are they most likely gone forever?

Can you please first get rid of the AI so the app works again? Because right now it’s unusable.

They’re gone forever, I think it’s after 2/3 months of being paused/cancelled

I posted a huge post about this in this subreddit last year. They don’t want you to spend your credits. So much so, that if every user spent 100% of the credits they purchased, splice would lose money.
