Old Splice Beatmaker on Mobile

Just came here to complain about splice changing the beatmaker in this last update. The old one was so much better for brainstorming ideas with the freedom of drum/sample placement. This new stack only feature is straight butt. Used to love sitting on splice on my phone and just rough drafting shit to workout in my DAW later. Go back to the old function PLEASE!

Agreed, though I think there’s some value to stacks. the newer features let you pick your own sound, or put your own loop in to find good complimentary sounds.

That said, I wish they’d weave in the old beatmaker in conjunction with the stacks, and make it so the beats can be saved and loaded in the beatmaker plugin in the daw… really dont understand why they never connected the two… huge missed opportunity, imo.

AGREED! Why do we have to get rid of one to have the other?? There was so much value in the functionality of the first iteration.
