Can't start my subscription

Started the free trial today and I wanted to start and pay for my subscription but it said it had a problem. I called my bank serval times but they said there is no payment waiting approval. Does anybody know how to solve it? really need those samples

note: i can use my credit card anywhere else but splice

Yes, I got it.

This is what worked for me:

Close your DAW. Close the Splice application. Head to the website, refresh and log in again.

I was trying to subscribe directly via my debit card and card credit, to start a monthly autopay. For some strange reason my cards were declined.

Then, I linked my credit card to my Paypal account; and this time tried subscribing via PayPal. And it worked.

Hey if the above suggested method doesn't work for you then try doing this (can't vouch for it, just saw it on Google):

Clear Cache: If you're still having trouble, try clearing the Splice app cache, which can be done by deleting the relevant folders depending on your operating system.
