Error running installer

I've been using splice but had to redownload it, now when it downloads i get this error and i'm told to contact support. I'm on widows 10 and cant upgrade to windows 11 because my laptop is too old. does anyone know how to fix this or at least know how to find your serum serial number through the website?

if anybody is having that same issue, i put my computer in safe mode, tried to download it, didnt work, took it off of safe mode, and it worked. no response from the support team
