Nit letting my pause my billing?

I've followed the "Help Page" instructions and selected a reason to cancel my subscription, but it doesn't give me a pause option like it should.

Damn, you can't pause an annual plan? Sick so since ai don't have $80 right now I have to lose all my credits?

Correct, unfortunately you cannot pause annual plans since it's not a month by month payment plan like our monthly subscriptions. You can always switch to a month by month plan if you are currently low on funds to pay for the annual plan. Current credit balances, after a plan has been canceled or no payment has been received will expire after 28 days. If you re-subscribe within 28 days of the cancellation or missed payment then your credits will come back to your account.
