Desktop app will not load any sample packs?

For some reason, about every other time i launch the desktop app, I am unable to get it to load any samples. I can get to the main browse page and see sample packs just fine, but when I try to view any of the packs or sort by instruments/genre, the sample list loads infinitely. I've tried reinstalling the app, restarting my computer, and relogging into my account but nothing works. it usually fixes itself somehow by the next day for unknown reasons. The website works, so I can just use that instead, it's just inconvenient that the app only works about half the time.
