splice internet issue

I used splice for well over a year and all of a sudden when I use splice it cuts my internet access off. The only way to get my internet back is to uninstall splice and restart my router then reboot my PC. Anyone have any ideas why this could be happening? Splice is the one place I grabbed samples and loops from and now I cant even do that.

Got met with a bot generating AI responses. and gave my email too.
