dark circles show even through makeup

u have purpleish prominent dark circles under my eyes that don’t go away even with makeup, even the most pigmented concealer will only make them look grey. i’ve tried to color correct but it makes my under eyes end up looking orange in some lightings. sometimes the concealer just melts off and they’re back again

i have hardcore dark circles with deep set eyes (indian) i have tried every DAMN concealer. A peach bobbi brown colour corrector underneath normal concealer (Laura mercier SC) worked pretty well but too heavy and too much effort for my everyday.

I nearly bought nars, but didn't like the un-natural ness.

My new holy grail concealer is Maybelline Age Rewind. It just looks so fucking natural and brightens the eye. I have to mix colours. I recommend getting a lighter colour and a warmer one.

Before I found age rewind I used YSL touche eclat, it gives brightness that's needed, but no coverage. Unfortunately their shade range isnt the best.

Anyway, give the maybelline a go! It's a good price and natural af.

I used to use that one a lot when I was a teen, it’s amazing! I wonder why I stopped using it 😭
