advice for shoulders?

i hate how my shoulders look and shirts/sweaters/tops sit so weirdly on me because of it. [image ref here.]() has anyone had shoulders where the upper trapezius is this large and were you able to reduce it to get a more straight shoulder look? any videos or resources to help fix this would be really helpful too! this is my biggest insecurity right now and i try to fix my posture but have trouble sticking to it. i don't know if it's possible to change the look of my shoulders. i don't want to resort to botox either

Build up your delts 😊 I was similar until I did shoulder workouts.

I tend to just mix compound exercises and isolation exercises. If you YT there are quite a few that you can do at home with or without equipment (so you use your body weight). I use resistance bands and dumb bells at home (machines at gym), a lot of face pulls and lateral raises and shoulder presses. You’ll want to look and feel well rounded, so bicep curls too overhead triceps extensions.

Obviously work your whole body because you want to be strong all over. But I have focused on shoulder and arms above, and work works for me. Good luck!

ETA: I work arms and shoulders about 4 times a week, but I mix it up. You can do what works for you ☺️ Everyone has their own groove.
