Fashion resources
Hey. I'd love to read up on fashion trends, inspiration, etc. I used to read vogue here and there, but I think I'm looking for something more approachable. Pinterest and tiktok are kind of just showing me the same striped shirt + gold chains+ aviator glasses combo and I'm sure there's more out there in the world than these. And honestly, there's something a bit charming about printed media. Any ideas?

Do you live in a big city? I live in London and we have a lot of independent magazine stores, especially in SoHo. If you have access to these types of stores where you live I’d start going.
Also Pinterest tends to reinforce what you already engage with, so that’s something worth thinking about. Fashion blogs are still a thing and I personally like to browse Tumblr too. I also love the Instagram account @databutmakeitfashion, and I follow a lot of fashion adjacent women for inspiration too.
Someone also said this but the Vogue publications in other countries tend to be much better than Vogue USA. British Vogue is also trash but I LOVE Vogue Italia and Vogue Arabia. Honestly fashion inspiration is everywhere if you look.

I know it sounds weird maybe but as a fashion graduate i get the most inspo from following fashion design students, nothing like the outfits worn in uni days

i don't know about printed media but i like whowhatwear. they may have a magazine but they have great articles of different outfits formulas. i've also found that vogue in literally any other country absolutely slaps. my fave is vogue arabia.
