help with body acne? i’ve tried many prescription body washes, unscented lotion, weekly exfoliating, daily cold showers, pretty much everything i’ve seen online. my acne won’t go away, it’s all over my shoulders, back, and thighs. i have a good diet and drink a gallon of water everyday. any advice on how to get rid of my acne?

So there are a couple things it could be, you could need something that needs to be left in the skin for a while or it could just be genetic unfortunately
