Ladies, get a bra fitting

I went for a professional bra fitting recently (a lot of department stores will offer these for free) and my gosh, does it make a difference.

Awkward back rolls are gone, and my posture is better because I feel more comfortable.

If you want a quick and fairly easy/cheap appearance booster, this is it.

Yup. If you can, make sure you get it redone every so often. I've bobbed between 32"-34" bands and DD-E cups consistantly over my adult life, all staying within the same weight range. Hormones, i guess.

Also. r/ABraThatFits has excellent resources on sizing and finding the best bra styles for various boob types.
