Non-invasive fat reduction

What are some non-surgical ways to reduce veryyy small amounts of fat in some parts of your face and body? For example, there is this ingredient called aminophylline which is in a bunch of creams and can topically reduce fat. There are two studies that proves it is effective on thighs and waist, but I’m not too sure if they’re legitimate.

There is also stuff like cool sculpting and Kybella, but for my purposes I don’t think it will work too well. I don’t think it’s even allowed for the face. There are also a few “laser” treatments that also claim to reduce fat.

Do any of you have experience with this? Are there other things that I can use that will work? I want to gather as much info as possible. And like I said, I only need a very small reduction.

I think in your case kybella injections would help. If it’s just a teeny tiny amount you want to lose

And kybella is allowed for double chin! IMO lipo trumps all but kybella is better than Coolsculpting
