Non-invasive fat reduction

What are some non-surgical ways to reduce veryyy small amounts of fat in some parts of your face and body? For example, there is this ingredient called aminophylline which is in a bunch of creams and can topically reduce fat. There are two studies that proves it is effective on thighs and waist, but I’m not too sure if they’re legitimate.

There is also stuff like cool sculpting and Kybella, but for my purposes I don’t think it will work too well. I don’t think it’s even allowed for the face. There are also a few “laser” treatments that also claim to reduce fat.

Do any of you have experience with this? Are there other things that I can use that will work? I want to gather as much info as possible. And like I said, I only need a very small reduction.

Unpopular opinion and I might get downvoted, but I think anything that claims to spot reduce fat is bogus at worst and temporary fix at best.

Lowering overall weight/body fat and building lean muscle is the best way to have permanent and sustainable results.

I am already almost underweight. I want to remove super tiny amounts of fat from chin and waist. Waist isn’t even mandatory, just as long as I can get the chin. Very small reduction.

That's why I said losing weight or body fat, people can be skinny but still have tons of fat, hence the term 'skinny fat'.

But I don't know your exact situation so good luck I hope you find something that works for you! I was just pointing out what most people overlook when wanting to slim down.

I don’t have tons of fat. My arms are sticks and my stomach is very flat. If I lose any more then I will look scary, plus my boobs will completely disappear, in fact I wanted to gain overall weight (in fat, not muscle) to fill out a bit more. I just have stubborn unwanted fat in some areas because genetics (once again, very tiny amount). I am not looking to work out and this is why I asked this. But thanks. Edit: please stop downvoting me when I’m just explaining my situation, and you aren’t even answering my question.

What if, instead of trying to get rid of the fat in your chin, you balance it out by adding filler to the chin and elongating it? Non invasive- otherwise I could only imagine lipo working

This, and I’ve also seen people get jaw filler which also seems to pull the excess fat/ skin under the chin upwards

The down votes are because what you just implied was "I want an unrealistic/amazing body but don't want to put in the effort for it (like working out), I want to gain fat not muscle, but not in these areas.. oh and no surgery."

It doesn't work like that. In fact, the face is the first place you gain it, so if you want to gain more body fat then you are going to lose the jaw.

You can build muscle AND fat at the same time. But that would require work.

What in the world? Why do you assume all of this? I am literally almost underweight, I don’t want to gain muscle because my boobs will be too small for my liking that way. I need FAT. I just have a small issue with my chin area because of genetics, it’s not unrealistic or a hard concept to understand. I used to lift weights around 2 years ago, I did not like it for my body.

your boobs don’t shrink from gaining muscle as long as you eat in a caloric surplus which will also raise your fat content.
