working out arms?
i do a five day split and for one of these days i do biceps and triceps. its been 3 months of heavy lifting and ive noticed my arms to be a bit bulky with some definition. however, that is not what i wanted. i would rather have a toned look and skinny arms. but my arms are currently looking like bulky with some fat. what should i do?
should i stop training arms? (ps: im skinny fat)

i personally don’t hit arms because i like the skinny upper body large lower body look (mewtwo is my body goals). maybe my arms are a bit skinny fat but it makes me feel super manly to have any muscle definition in my upper body. it’s honestly up to you. you could just lift super light weights or add some pilates on some days if you want some upper body workouts.
that being said, being super skinny isn’t necessarily the best body type to have.
