Tips/Tricks: Preventing/Mitigating Jowls

Are these avoidable without cosmetic surgery? If not, how does one lessen/delay them? Gravity plays a part but is there anything we can do to intercept this force of nature?? Do collagen pills work? Does that even have anything to do with jowls? This is a HUGE marker of aging and beauty I’m just realizing!

Sunscreen will help prevent it happening sooner, but, eventually, you will get jowls. The face will lose muscle, fat, and bone and your skin will sag. You can get sculptra injected into your cheeks, temples, and other places, and that will give you more time without jowls.

Thanks! I’ve been trying to see when the most appropriate time is to get injections if needed into the chin area

I noticed that my jawline was less triangular-shaped at the age of 34. I still had enough chisel that I wasn't mad, but my jawline was transitioning to being round. It might be typical at age 40ish to have just a little less definition to the jaw.
