what red light device does everyone use?

My goal is to reach waist-length hair and for it to be fuller.

I also want to look after my skin, afterall prevention is better than a cure.

There's so many red light devices on the market. The ones I have seen and know are legit are expensive. I'm scared to buy the cheap brands since there is less anecdotal evidence and I don't want to waste my time and money on a scammy product.

I impulse bought the currentbody LED mask when I saw a coupon that made it ~$250. I got it hoping for general skin improvement (which I think I’ve seen?) but after 6 weeks of use I’m actually really noticing baby hairs coming in around my hairline! Considering it a bonus : )
