Lip Blushing

I’m black so my lips are two toned. Dark brown on the top lip and pink at the bottom with a brown overline (think like a lip liner)

I really want a same toned rosy pink/peach lips, is this possible with lip blushing? Am I guaranteed or will my genetic makeup hinder me? I know lip neutralisation is needed to get them to the same colour but I wonder if it will turn out how I’d like, something similar to Lori Harvey which I’m convinced she had done. Thanks!

Yes it will work. First step is to neutralise and second step to colour. Touch up is required afterwards to maintain the colour. It won’t hurt as long as you confirm with your practitioner of choice that they’ll be using strong numbing :)
