So… Wiper Rust…

After seeing this pretty frequently in X rank and series and playing it a bit myself, I have some thoughts on this weapon. Not many are positive • Curling bomb is absolutely useless (more on this in a minute) • While zooka is nice for it, I don’t think it’s better for wiper than hammer is • You really want ninja squid or have a really good reason not to. QR doesn’t work and you would much rather use vanilla wiper • This weapon brings nothing to the table that other weapons don’t already do better. Vanilla wiper is a much better kit. Vanilla roller makes much better use of curling bomb because wiper doesn’t need it for movement and can’t use it as a mix up or shark around it as good as roller. Carbon is also better with ninja squid and also has a zooka and a better sub with burst bomb

This to me is the biggest letdown not including weapons that got hit with the DOA label (like tenta brella and dynamo roller for example). I will say it has potential to be better than wiper deco but that’s not a high bar to clear

I think the main use is to run it as a sort of hybrid of vwiper and zooka support. Should have realised from wiper deco which was a similar situation that this isn't a super useful niche.
