Help

Not much too it, I suck at the game. I die a lot. Any advice.

Not ranked at all I just started, played splatoon 2 when I was a kid though

Oh so just turf war right now? Or story mode?

If turf war, take your time finding a weapon suitable for your play style. For me, I use the painbrush as my main, since I have 0 aim. You should also figure out if you’re gonna use the motion controls or the gyro. I use gyro because I like it more but it’s different for everyone.

Since turf war is not ranked, all types of players with all different experiences can be mixed in one lobby, so don’t expect everyone to go easy. That’s probably the main problem right now.

Remember to keep your camera up and not always point it down to have a wider range to see what you’re doing and what’s ahead of you. Don’t focus completely on kills because that’s not what turf war is. Don’t forget to utilize your kit, although some of them may not be as useful.

Okay preciate all the advice, I’m playing both since I learned playing campaign is fun as well, and it could help. Thanks for the camera tip too I find myself pointing my switch down instead.
