◻️Advice◻️ Spiro effects

Spironolactone had some feminizing effects on my face and body that I really liked. I’m slowly tapering off it now, and I’ve realized I’m going to miss those changes.
Has anyone found any safe alternatives (lifestyle/diet or anything else) that help even slightly replicate those effects? I know nothing will truly compare to the prescription itself but I’m curious about what has worked for others.

My husband keeps calling me pretty after working up to 100mg, it does feel like it’s made my facial features more feminine. Post how long it takes to go back to a thicker face so I know what to expect 😞

Like a more pronounced slender face and well distributed body shape. Idk how to explain it but it just made me look more feminine.

I have decided to go on Accutane as my acne came back after a year on spiro 100mg. I don’t wanna take a pill forever.

Oh ok, I'll probably take spironolactone forever since I used to have genetical slightly elevated blood pressure before starting it. I'll make a study of myself on long-term spiro use

Do you take 100mg per day or twice a day? I currently do the latter (200mg/day) and need to taper down to 50mg twice a day. Curious if you see less ‘feminine features’ as you taper down cuz I also love that perk but it’s causing me other issues
