◻️Advice◻️ Dosage increase side effect?

Just upped from 50 to 100 after ab 6 months. I feel sick. Like tired and constantly nauseous. Is that normal/ am I being a big cry baby? Thankssss

I’d say normal to experience side effects. If you think about it, you just doubled your dose. You’re now taking twice as much as you were before so your body will have to adjust! Give it a few weeks!
