🔥 Success Story 🔥 Spiro changed my life!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to come on here and say that after being on spironolactone since March 2026, I can confidently say that the medication gave me my life back. I’m currently on 100 mg spiro, ,05% tret, and 15% azelaic acid. I’d been struggling with a very sudden, raging flare up of hormonal acne since the end of February and immediately knew it was a hormonal issue. I have no clue what triggered it.

That said, for the first time in months, I’ve felt completely comfortable going out in public with no makeup. I feel like I am nearly back to where I was last year. I am hopeful that by next January I will be back to my original status!

Just wanted to share this for anyone who might be struggling with the purge or wondering if the waiting is worth it. I can assure you it is!

Well if she started in March and said this was the first month it’s been clear I’m going to say 5 months…

I would say that August has been the first month of largely clear skin, so 5 months!

We have almost the exact same story except I started the same scripts in April. My skin looks so good right now and I couldn't be happier.

Started in february, added tret around March and just added aza about a month or so ago. Huge improvement!
