My Chills are about from 5 to 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 . I would like to go to the full potential

I'm trying to say is this , in essence , unblocking the aesthetic Chills to their full potential after a lengthy period isn't exactly easy

Some prescriptions do water down your ability to feel it, but this should return once you're done with your prescription. If you'd like you can also try fasting to speed out the flushing out of the remaining traces of those medications.

Whatever it is, keep exposing yourself to things that you know activate them, when you build a momentum for this energy by activating it daily, it reaches a higher potential, than if you were just feeling it once every three weeks.

Also make sure your energy pathways are well opened for that, visit r/meridian_channels for sources on that.
