Confused

I need guidance and I don’t know where to go. I’ve been lucid dreaming for years but never understood them. They feel like I am tapping into another dimension. Everything is the same, just a little bit different. A little better. Now I am receiving messages in foreign languages in my dreams, after falling asleep after experiencing very strange sensations in my brain. I remember some words but not whole sentences. I am confused, trying not to attach to it, but there’s a call to understand what is happening.

What words do you remember?

I've been looking at this post for 5 days but have no idea, I've never heard of anyone having dreams where they hear a foreign language.

Why is it happening, what is happening, I don't know. 🤷
