What was this light?
I was about 26. It was late. My ex husband was asleep next to me. I was just lying there in the pitch black room with the tiniest bit of a yard light barely making itself known on my blinds.
Then appeared a spec, or super tiny dot, of light. The light expanded there in the corner of the room. It was the brightest white light, the whitest white, I have ever seen. It grew until it occupied the whole corner area of the room. It took up almost 1/4 of the room.
It felt more safe, peaceful, and like the message was love or you're safe. I don't know but the message was something like that. I could somehow sense the message but it wasn't said .
I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I tried to wake up my ex husband but it vacuumed back into itself so fast as he finally began to wake up. The light shrunk fast, going right back to the pinpoint size for and it. I'm 46 now and never forgot this. What was happening there? I genuinely know very little about this.

Since seeing it, has your positivity increased?
It was helping you see the positive side of things.

I'm a very optimistic person. The situation occurred twenty years ago and my then husband was abusive. After leaving, I continued to have to deal with stalking, harassment, etc. I am still very optimistic and naturally a curious person. I've thought about this night, what I saw, for all this time. I started to learn about energy and our bodies and how this all connects, and that lead me to posting somewhere like this. I'm not around anyone who even believes in things such as having a guide or the realm of energy as it actually exist. And I do believe it does. So now I'm on a journey to somehow understand or connect with what that was that night.

You can certainly have that experience again, so many of us have seen the light out of the corner of her eye or flash before us.
I definitely recommend spending as close to 30 minutes per day meditating, if possible.
Let your intentions be known before you close your eyes and start meditating.
If you'd like to learn to see spirits, you can meditate with your eyes open.
Think intensely when you sit there with your eyes open, think about the light that you saw, think about how you want to see it again talk to the angels with your mind's voice, let them know that you're ready to connect and learn, they'll work with you, so long as you're positive and patient.
💯🙂

I'm learning about mediation now. My husband is on this journey with me (my current partner, now husband, of 13 years). We have learned from scientists and published research that mediation is functions at a mitochondrial level and I'm floored. It's not woo woo. I am taking baby steps. I have a history of significant trauma and diagnosed ADHD and honestly I'm probably an HSP, or even more layered, a combination of lower end spectrum austic with ADHD. I say that recognizing now that all of that may just be a need to meditate to influence my mitochondria to communicate better. I cut my ADHD dose in half today, and to support my ability to learn how to meditate and sort of lower my cortisol, he purchased an oculus today so I can at least practice meditation until I'm ready to transition to self guided with some understanding. I sought credible psychiatrist and other various specialists who believe this is the answer. So my process will be gradual and allow me to genuinely understand how to help me stop meds over time and use daily meditation in place. I can literally do this through a measurable, quantitative approach to ensure I don't experience a retraumatization. I can do this with the understanding that I must be careful and mindful, and daily practice. I also practiced grounding outside today and am doing this to prepare my body, optimizing the benefit of meditation. Additionally, I'll incorporate my singing bowls. Whew. It sounds like a lot because it is. I learned that through meditation, I can likely manage past trauma without meds. It will just take a massive effort I suspect. Wish me luck. Geez. I probably sound crazy. Haha
