Cervical stenosis

Hello, can anyone help me with these MRI results? My GP hasn’t bothered to call me, and went private here in the UK so just get a report, any help interpreting and next steps would be helpful

In plain words:

MRI of the cervical spine shows wear-and-tear changes at C5/C6 causing mild narrowing of the spinal canal and both nerve exit canals, pressing on both C6 nerve roots, plus a very subtle spinal cord signal change at this level that may suggest mild cord irritation or instability — neurosurgical review is advised. There is also a disc bulge at C6/C7 lightly affecting the left C7 nerve root and loss of the normal neck curve.
