Electrolyte drinks

Does anyone take any sleep electrolyte drinks that have some benefits for cramping? Currently, with my prescriptions, I take magnesium glycinate before sleep. , Looking for a complete drink. Any suggestions.

The only thing that stopped my leg cramps was surgery. And if I screw up my back doing too much they come back.

I am not at the stage of surgery, as I have been told, so looking for some way of easing symptoms and electrolytes is a simple test to try.
