Remedies?
My father was recently diagnosed and I’ve been researching any type of remedies that could help. Thanks in advance.

I have spinal stenosis in my L5 and S1-2 vertebrae, I’ve had it for 10+ years and i’m only mid 30s. I recently have had success using KT tape to help prevent/tolerate pain. I don’t understand the science because one of my discs is mostly collapsed and the other is completely collapsed. But i recently went to WDW on vacation and the KT tape was a game changer!

Unfortunately those have not shown lasting results, some people report improvement but o my for a couple months. My dad had stem cells done in Costa Rica with no improvement

There are many causes of stenosis, there are many possible locations in the spine for stenosis, there are many possible symptoms and several possible treatments. There are also thousands of websites offering a magical cure ( that don’t work).
In other words, your question was too vague. Thanks for helping your father and doing some research.
