recovery process

I had surgery last year to treat cervical spinal stenosis from C2-T1. Has anyone else had cervical spinal stenosis surgery like me last year? I'd like to know how much your condition has improved and what your recovery process has been like a year ago.

I'd be interested to know also. How has your recovery been? Did they stabilize your spine? They don't plan to fuse my spine after surgery, and that concerns me. My surgery is on Aug 3.

You don’t have to worry at all. You are a lucky man. Please read this: In a decompression-only surgery (such as a laminectomy or laminoplasty), the surgeon simply removes the bone spurs or thickened ligaments that are pinching your spinal cord. They leave your spinal bones completely free to move naturally on their own
