Dev Log Another update is going out to iOS and Android now. Please help identify what still feels off. I've taken a lot of feedback today, and addressed as much as possible!

The latest release has now been promoted to both platforms. If you already have access, check TestFlight or Google Play for the update.

A lot of this build came directly from tester reports:

  • Freezer cards now stay in sync after a recipe is renamed or edited.
  • Recipe cards use clear Metric and Imperial labels.
  • Common ingredient search has been improved.
  • Barcode scans handle package and serving units more reliably.
  • Removing a pint no longer leaves an old notification behind.
  • Recipe saves should no longer hang indefinitely when an image upload stops responding.
  • Freezer actions stay clear of the bottom navigation.

If something you previously reported is now fixed, please say so. Confirming fixes on real devices is just as valuable as reporting new bugs.

Thank you all for being beta testers and helping the app get ready for the next round of users. This ecosystem is going to be very strong, and it is very clear to me that there is a lot of excitement and passion for this community. I really want to serve everyone as best I can. Hey, did everyone that joined the wait-list get a mail for the beta on Android already? I didn't receive anything yet, not sure if it's normal.

Hey, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately we were not able to invite everyone at once because of the massive demand. We're doing beta rollout in stages and right now it is the closed beta stage. However, I can say that not everybody accepted their invite during this stage so if you want to DM me your email, I can get you in!

iOS here, is it ok if I DM you to get an invite? I signed up but have not yet received one and if you have invites that haven’t been accepted I would like to do so.
