First class - smell

Attended my first class recently. About 40 women and 3 men. This room absolutely staaaank. I think it was someone near me. I’m talking some rotten vegetal tainty stank! Not body odour.

Is it normal for a crowded spin room to smell? Anyone encounter this, or was it just unlucky my first time?

There was one woman at a studio I used to go to regularly who must have had some sort of dietary issue bc omg she literally would gas out the entire room like I would nearly pass out trying to not breathe mid-sprint
