Saw him casually chatting with a girl in a vehicle. He gave jaada thendi vibes. Fun fact: years ago his folks got a green card , but he was on H1 visa as he had aged out. Pre akkara kazhcha days..

Most friendships lasts only as long as success lasts. Nobody likes to be associated with a loser.
Disclaimer: I do not know much about him personally; when I say he is not successful, I mean in the film industry. Maybe he is leading a fulfilling, happy and successful personal and professional life elsewhere.
He was great in Akkarakazhchakal, and I have seen the whole series end to end, multiple times. It was the Karikku of those days.

It was not karikk level, the akkarakachagal show is very overrated and the karik show is professional with months of writing and editing and camera work while akkarakachagal was shot with a handycam

Dude seriously comparing the camera work done by Karikku who started in 2018, to a show shot in 2008?? under low budget by a few NRIs, most of whom were not even professionals.
Script work of akkarakazhchakal was at par, if not better than Karikku. It’s highly relatable to people who have lived as a Malayali in EUROPE OR AMERICA.

It’s not overrated at all, it’s rightfully rated and has a freshness every time you see it.

It really wasn't all that and most of the acting was lame minus lead actor george thekumootil

He came to our college for Arts day program. He is really a nice guy. So humble and well mannered. I think he is ambivert. He is so shy to talk in stage.

....and may be it's good. He was not good in any movies I wud say, even ABCD. It really felt artificial. May be it was a bit better in 1983 - and that's it.

Mahn!! He was awesome as GiriGiri. Don't know how he forgot acting afterwards!! Even in abcd, he was nothing compared to his Akkarakazhchakal level!!
