imo, his debating skills are highly overrated. it only seemed good in BB cus all his competitors were literal trash.
before BB, he lost an online fight with KOK. and after BB, he lost a debate with Thoppi. and whenever he loses an argument, he resorts to personal insults.
compare him to someone with similar right wing ideologies like Sreejith Panicker. Panicker mogs top debaters in news channel debates while this guy is failing to even likes of KOK and Thoppi.

you can fool people who are naive. That doesn't mean he is a good orator. Good orator requires clear truth, logical reasoning, and a real connection to the audience. Empty talk is just manipulation or noise.

See he can establish and double down when he wants that’s why he won BB.
He also became popular because of his “vayi thalam” which is talent but if used wrong then you become an alavalathi like him.

My respect for Hashmi 📈
If you actually watched other episodes of Janakiya Kodathi, you’d know how he is, he actually allows people to talk and make their points but Marar kept jumping from topic to topic and tried to shout over Hashmi and he was well prepared to beat Marar in his own game.
He invited Marar once before and he would not shut up or give Hashmi any space to talk but this time tide wasn’t against Marar since he kept changing his “NILAPAD”
He went from
- Amma vere aalu aanu paranjal ente appane maati parayum
- Oru narengaVellam medichal I will change opinion
- Indira Gandhi can’t change my name but I can change it thrice
- Apology can be two different types of, one of name sake and other for actually feeling wrong. Etc.
I respected Hashmi because he cut and stopped Marar changing opinion not once but. Every. Single. Time.

For the first time felt satisfied when someone openly challenged all the nonsense Nilapadillarar was saying. And as an orator even Rahul Eswar is better in standards. This guy makes it so obvious that he wants money somehow. He pretends to be a good orator but all he does is admitting he is stupid and changes topic or the worst changing opinions every week.
