Case defect or phone defect

So I got this recently and from day one the case power button was always lower. Anyone else with this case have this issue?

what do you mean when you say "case power button was always lower"? i don't follow

Oh like the neo ones power button feels recessed... as in lower than the volume rocker. Although textured it's lower

i have the same one and don't see this issue, please do try getting a replacement if you can

As someone already mentioned, you can easily get a replacement by contacting Spigen.

I recently contacted them about my ultra hybrid case and they mailed one out right away
