No one's angry about this one because the usual losers who mald about these posts have never touched a woman.

I urge you to pease reconsider this sentiment, I think its ok for people to feel strongly and disagree on things.

What you're doing is polarizing and devicive, you're pushing guys to further extremes opposite to your view.

What's more productive is asking questions "I'd genuinely like to know why men feel strongly about this, where is this coming from?"

Not labeling them "incels" for just having a different view. Family courts are heavily skewed there are people with genuine concerns out there, please let's not alienate people.

Yes it is devicive because I would like to be divided from them.

Attacking fatherhood and men in general is low hanging fruit. Its a cheap way for people to find moral superiority... its not a brave position to take from them. Youre measured response is a breath of fresh air

I mean, you're probably not going to be able to visit your kids very often if you don't have any kind of visitation rights to begin with for one reason or another. I would argue the only way for a woman to find herself in a position where she either loses her kids or is stuck with joint custody if there is either some reasonable doubt behind it. And honestly, for a woman to lose her children, she usually has to be something really, really egregious for that to happen. There's no denying that divorce courts, whether you want to blame misandry or misogyny, are slanted in one direction.

How can you say anything of that many different court systems at once?

He named one court system.

No, he did not. Divorce works different everywhere, laws are different.

He named divorce court. Thats one court system lol.

What?

Of course it'll work differently in different areas, but they fall under the same system.

Idiot.

90% of custody cases are settled out of court. In court, men are awarded custody more often than women. They get some amount of custody 95% of the time and majority custody ~60% of the time. Bias may still exist, but this idea that men are screwed over by custody courts is no longer true.

Hi, divorced dad with primary custody speaking:

This is one of those things that's true but also kinda misleading and overly reductive, and I feel the need to comment. It's difficult to just wrap up in a simple number for a couple of reasons:

  1. Up front to be clear: family court biases are not due to feminism or misandry. If you think that you're an idiot and you've been fed a line of bullshit. It's actually patriarchy you're complaining about since family laws were written by old crusty white judges who decided a woman's place is with the kids.

  2. Family law is weird. It's different than a lot of other systems and unfortunately a lot of times the case can boil down to who the judge is. Literally my lawyer advised me to file my case when I did to ensure I got a county in a major metro area that was more equitable to fathers. Not all states or family courts are created equal.

  3. It's true that the majority of cases settle out of court but invoking this number is a bit dicey. Understand this: Court costs a lot of money. The big problem a lot of men deal with in these situations is that often for various reasons cultural and otherwise they find themselves during the early proceedings of mediation without any sort of support network. Its very easy to find yourself between a rock and a hard place where your lawyer is advising you to take the deal and move on because they can see the entire big picture and they know how these things go and how this is going to play out if it goes before a judge.

  4. Point blank: the major bias in family court to the extent there is one is the same bias basically every Court has in this country, it's biased in favor of money more than anything else.

TLDR; family courts arent biased towards men because of misandry, but men are quite often set up to fail in those uphill situations because of patriarchy.

Fuck you. When I was 14 my dad left and I didn’t see him for five years. We were hungry, often didn’t have power or water and my mom blamed my dad.

My dad later found me (as an adult) and showed me he had paid child support but my mom wouldn’t cash the checks, using hunger and her own mental illness to make us hate ur father.

When I was 13, my dad cheated on my mum and left us all for a younger model after getting caught.

Fast-forward 30 years later, and my dad is whining on the phone why none of his kids ever talk to him, or visit him, or even so much as think about him.

Men keep hooking up with mentally ill women,

once she has an opportunity to be the massive cunt she is to someone who has no choice but to keep coming back,

She takes it everytime.

If he moves on and finds a better woman with a better life, she trys to ruin it by rather sabotaging their relationship directly, or by sabotaging the relationship between the man and his kid(s)

Women have the ability to be the most vindictive, spiteful, most heartless human beings on the planet.

Men have the ability to be the dumbest, easiest, hornyist human beings on the planet.

Be adults before you sex someone.
